About these terms
These terms govern your use of Seozumi.com. By creating an account, you agree to them. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
The service
Seozumi is an SEO content workspace: it helps you plan websites and markets, organize keywords and drafts, review and schedule content, and — when connected — read your Google Search Console performance data. Features marked "coming soon" or shown with sample labels are not active and are provided only to show the planned product.
Accounts
You need an account to use the service. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Each verified domain belongs to one account; team or client access is managed through business memberships, not duplicate websites.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are priced per website. When subscriptions are enabled, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Renewal, cancellation, failed payments, refunds and plan changes follow the terms shown in the checkout and subscription management screens. Activation of paid features requires a verified payment; unpaid websites remain limited.
Automatic keyword research and backlink monitoring
The combined subscription agreement introduced November 3, 2026 authorizes both automatic keyword research and daily public backlink monitoring for the specified website, through DataForSEO, each at most once every 24 hours within plan limits. After verification and an eligible active or trial subscription, these services run without another approval box; keyword research also needs confirmed Brand DNA and a supported market and language. Seozumi pays provider costs with no extra customer charge and never buys, creates or places links. Older agreements keep their original scope: weekly monitoring remains weekly, and an agreement that never mentioned keyword research does not authorize it. Those customers can give one-time permission in Brand DNA. Either permission can be withdrawn in SEO Intelligence, including before setup is finished; renewal never reverses withdrawal. Expiry, missing prerequisites, financial limits and emergency controls can stop processing. A newer affirmative agreement or explicit permission may restore the withdrawn scope. Search Console access, publishing, Autopilot and social posting remain separately authorized.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Seozumi to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; to misrepresent medical, health, financial or legal claims; or to access other customers' data. You must own or be authorized to manage any website and Google property you connect. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information and content you create in Seozumi. AI-generated drafts are suggestions created for you; you review and approve them, and you are responsible for what you publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display your content inside the service.
No ranking or results guarantee
Seozumi does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, impressions or business outcomes. Search results depend on many factors outside our control. Performance data comes from your connected Google Search Console properties and is shown as reported by Google.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, limits and pricing may change, and parts of the service may be unavailable while connections and integrations are being completed.
Ending the service
You can stop using Seozumi and cancel paid subscriptions at any time. We may suspend or end accounts for violation of these terms or non-payment, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seozumi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost search performance. Our total liability for the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes will be shown in the app before they take effect.
