Summary

Seozumi.com is an SEO content workspace. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what the service needs to run: your account details, the business and website information you enter, and the connections you choose to make.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you sign up or sign in with email or Google.
• Business and website details: the website addresses, businesses, target countries, languages, brand voice and content preferences you enter during setup.
• Content you create: drafts, briefs, article images, approvals and scheduling decisions inside your workspace.
• Connections you authorize: if you connect Google Search Console, we receive authorization tokens and read-only search performance data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position) for the properties you grant. Tokens are stored encrypted.
• Billing information: payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status, plan and Stripe customer identifiers — never your full card number.
• Technical logs: AI usage and cost records, error reports and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

• To provide the service: saving your setup, generating drafts you request, showing search performance and managing your subscription.
• To bill correctly and handle renewals, cancellations and refunds through Stripe.
• To provide support and to keep the service secure.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to advertise to others.

AI content processing

When you request a draft, topic research or a content brief, the relevant text is processed by OpenAI to generate the result. Every request is logged with its model, token usage and cost for your spending records. AI drafts are suggestions: you review and approve content, and nothing is published automatically.

Automatic keyword research and public backlink monitoring

One affirmative combined subscription agreement can authorize both services for your specified website. For keyword research, Seozumi sends relevant business-category phrases derived from your confirmed Brand DNA, selected market and language to DataForSEO, at most once every 24 hours within plan limits. Backlink checks send your verified domain and read public link counts and dates, daily when daily permission was accepted; legacy weekly permissions stay weekly. Neither service accesses private Google data. Seozumi stores returned research results and exact agreement evidence, including version, accepted text, owner, website and timestamp, as well as withdrawal records. You can withdraw either permission in SEO Intelligence; subscription renewal does not restore it. Older customers are never enrolled in a new scope without affirmative acceptance. Billing, security and consent evidence may be retained as described below.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting and the application platform (Lovable), Google (Search Console data you authorize), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (content generation you request), and DataForSEO (keyword and public backlink data for websites you authorize). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention and deletion

Your workspace data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data; some billing and security records are retained where required by law or for fraud prevention. Search Console snapshots are refreshed automatically and removed when a connection is disconnected.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw a Google connection at any time in Seozumi or in your Google account. Residents of regions with specific privacy laws (such as the EU/EEA) have additional statutory rights.

Cookies and sign-in sessions

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preview preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
